More Immersive Emergency Lights 1.1.0

The lights sync, but most of the time the lights turn off when you exit the vehicle, regardless of stage. Sirens will not turn off for other players, even if you turn them off. The horn sticks on for other players and doesn't turn off until the vehicle is out of range.
Passengers can control lights and sirens, and passengers entering/exiting also controls the state of the siren lights.

I don't think this was tested with other players, as it doesn't seem to work very well at all.
