RageMP "can't establish secure connection. please try again"

I've went to log on to Eternal RP and upon connecting I get this error "can't establish secure connection. please try again" . At first I didn't think much of it so I tried to relog and got the same issue. So I reset my internet and pc and once again it happened. Then I reinstalled RageMP and rockstar launcher and it is still happening. 

Is anyone about to help. If anyone knows how to fix this or has suggestions I'd really appreciate it.
