Windows 11. Player model lags and much more

I recently installed RAGE and noticed that models are lagging on many large servers. I understand that this is a problem for every Windows 11 user, and I think that you need to find a solution to this problem without changing the OS.
I hope that people will start tackling this problem, because Windows 11 has already been released, and soon many people will face this problem without the possibility of OS recovery
