Captien 134 Posted September 10, 2018 (edited) Highly populated servers have a risk for people joining that they lose connection. So there's something of the 2: 1) Your connection can't reach their server therefore contact their support. 2) Your DNS needs flushing/cleaning. (You can search on google for more details).
