Is there a way to open the app Discord from out of the game or do i need to stick with the ingame CEF Browser? Why I would like to have Discord it self is, in the CEF Browser, the user needs to login everytime right now when the game is restarted, as the Session is not saved.

For something like this it would be best to make your own middleware for example some website like mini UCP, where you will authenticate your users based on whatever you want.
