executing RAGEMP issue

RAGEMP is not working for me , you can see the error message in the link https://ibb.co/fC1dFV help pls

it's in french it says you can't execute this program in windows or it contains an error

Deactivate your Antivirus and even Windows Defender (just temporarily so you can see if thats the issue).

i desabled windows defender and firewalls still doesn't work , i tried 3 differents solutions from the internet about the 0xc000007b error and it doesn't work my hopes are geting low about playing gta 5 with rage mp  , i even found someone with the same error as me it seems https://rage.mp/forums/topic/2178-error-0xc000007b-when-i-want-to-open-the-ragemp/

i finnaly solved the problem with this method 

Run Command Prompt as administrator in your System. Search For the cmd.exe in the search bar. For Windows 7 – Click on the Start Button in the left bottom corner and type cmd.exe in the search bar. For Windows 8 – Press the .Search key and type cmd.exe. Right Click on the cmd.exe and click on Run as administrator. After running the command prompt as administrator. Type chkdsk 😄 /f /r and press enter. It your windows is installed in C drive then it will ask you to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N). Type Y and press enter.

but for me i can't join servers cuz i got an illegal copy of the game so it doesn't work
