Custom Props = Game Crash

I want to use Props from https://de.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder my Game starts and i can join my RageMP Server without a problem. But when i load a map that use custom Props an i get close to the props (props get in streaming rage) my game crashes without a error and this every time.
