Creating local server

So I just got banned from discord for asking this... I am not sure if I broke any rules or anything, I am sorry if I did.

But here goes nothing, I've made a server where I troll around with my friend in, and sometimes we have animation desyncs, so my question was if there is anything I can do to make them synchronize better, not sure if I am missing something here, how do the servers with 1k people syncrhonize it all ?
