Rage server/All dlc's help

Hi everyone.

I want to have a server with all new dlcs, how can i do that ?? I'm new at these things

The server and client download paths are as follows:

 

We are targeting version 1.40 based on current time. (But the 1.41 update is still there)

All just, all the new DLC come with the update RageMP. At the moment Rage supports 1.40, but is already being tested 1.41

Yup, ragemp supports 1.41 from last sunday

@abstractFlo A little not correctly expressed, and maybe because of the language "barrier" (I'm Russian) you have not correctly understood. I was referring to the fact that at the moment RageMP consistently behaves in version 1.40 and the approach is 1.41 (I don't so much follow the news on this could be wrong.)
