RageMP server closing without errors on Windows 10

Latest logs:

Initializing Bootstrapper.dll (0.3.5.1)..

There is just closing without any errors

You're using an old version, currently the Bootstrapper.dll should be on 0.3.7

Just launch updater.exe in order to get it updated.

And it still doesn't say 0.3.7 on startup? Did you update it with admin rights?

I found the solution

It was because the windows-username was cyrillic
