If you actually look in the Server Advertisements section of the forums, you'll notice there's a total of 14 threads even posted, the majority of which are yet to open. Essentially, during the interim would be limited the potential player base for all of these communities that are not open yet. I've posted this discussion in the RAGE Discord as it truly is a topic that needs to be discussed. I'm a strong believer that this does need to go into effect - but let's treat this like US Law, say we made a big change and don't actually do it for a year.
