A ~20 lines client-side script to enable vehicle entering using F/G keys. Radius, max vehicle speed to enter and keys are customizable. This script doesn't search the nearest passenger seat, but the first empty (since it's just an example of how to do that at all and show that it really was customizable).10 points -
It was possible to be implemented by server devs all the time, but also a ready to use resource (20 lines of code!) has been posted: F will be fixed in 0.4 to make more like GTA Online, however G is still not planned atm (will be customizable server-side still tho).3 points

It's outgoing connection which uses random port. No need to block outgoing connections.1 point
