    Would this multiplayer mod still be usable on a cracked gta version, you don't wanna know what TakeTwo or whoever will do with this community. Is there no possibility to let somebody buy the game who does live somewhere else out of your country and give it to you?

    When you have a serious mod, you need a solid and serious structure. Nowadays, GTAV successful mods are for real developers with knowledge or wanting to learn, not for people that just copy and paste from other resources.
