You can play as medic, police man or any other faction available. Just use /character command to set your character's faction. About the language, you'll have to replace the Messages.cs class with the one you want and also, you'll need to change the i18n language clientside, creating a new language JSON if needed. Maybe one day I document the gamemode a little bit, but it's quite big for doing it in a near future.1 point
