I don't understand, do you want to achieve the thing from the map you've showed or did you achieved that and you want to group them? If the first thing, then just create more blips, if you can't create a blip to the same coord just add/reduce 0.1 (or even 0.05) to the x or y value of the blip. If the second thing, then when you creating the blips just scan through all the houses coord and group them if they are in a range defined by you.
