I noticed that running the game in fullscreen mode allows recording again. Although, its now in a folder called Ragemp, no longer Grand Theft Auto 5. You can even switch back to windowed borderless after setting it to fullscreen once and it will still work, but you gotta redo that every time you start the game.1 point
