Does DLCPACK size cause problems?

Every asset can be problematic if it is badly optimized. If your players are okay with waiting to download 15-20gb assets on first join or anytime they reinstall, then it should be okay. Keep in mind that your single DLC files should not be too big, around 500mb per DLC is maximum I would go.
