I am having this problem myself... I launch the RageMP Multiplayer server on a Windows Server 2022 machine. Using netstat, I can see that it is listening for TCP on port 22006 and UDP on port 22005, however, I am unable to connect to the server using port 22005. I have tried many things, and it just will not accept connections on port 22005. All my firewall rules are wide open. No A/V software is running. I'm out of ideas and hoping someone might have a suggestion for me?

UPD: server wasn't in the master list because of rockstar social club updates.

So I did! I just can't understand why the 22005 port doesn't pass. I change in configurations to port 22004 then port 22005 passes over http but port 22004 does not pass. As a result only the http server works and the main game server does not work
