Paleto Bay Roleplay is a GTA V text-roleplay server utilizing the RageMP client. Our community is managed by mature, professional, and experienced individuals who are striving to create an all-inclusive roleplay environment that provides serious and realistic roleplay while still ascertaining the fun aspect of the game. Our server and community as a whole is still under heavy development. I don't manage the forums. Nor do I care if it's licensed or not. Feel free to report it if it's a cause so close to your heart that you can't bare to see people using cracked software. You keep saying "I heard", yet you're presenting this information as fact. We were developing on SAMP for quite a while, and I (Me personally) had no interest in developing for a GTA 5 server, whereas other members of the staff team did. Due the lack of interest in newly created SAMP roleplay servers, I decided it might be time to dip my toe in. Nobody on our team, as far as I'm concerned, has ever offered to merge with another community. We've had offers from other communities to merge, but we want to do our own thing, and not have to get approval from other people, so we've never accepted an offer to merge. Bot scripts for what? We have a talented developer who writes his own Discord bots, we don't need bot scripts. As I said, misinformation, deliberately trying to discredit a developing community, probably because you were banned from our Discord or something. I've reported your post again. Now, instead of posting nonsense because you think you "heard" somebody say it, don't post again until you've got your facts straight. And finally, you'll probably find that a lot of our former staff members who are now staff on the other server, were with us first on SAMP, and came to us because the owner of said community, kept shutting down his Vice City attempt. Or something like that, I don't know the politics nor do I care. We're not poaching staff from anybody, if they come to us and ask to join the team we'll give them a chance if we feel they're suitable for the position. As this stage, I wouldn't even be hiring any staff, but I'm not in charge of personnel so it's not my call. Also, I told you what gamemode I'm using. So tell me again how I've stolen it? Anything else you want to input, PM me instead of slating the community publicly with false information. Thanks.

Never has been for me. Every server has something different to offer. We're not the only sharks in the ocean, there's plenty of other incredibly good servers out there. It's just unfortunate that people like this guy exist and try to stir the pot between two developing communities.

Hey my man! Welcome to the community. As a medically "retired" firefighter myself, I can say that the roleplay scene for this in text based servers can be very hit or miss. I will tell you though that a couple of people and myself have been working on a strict roleplay server based in Blaine County since June/July of this year! I personally set up the Blaine County Fire Department and handed leadership over to someone else (I remain Captain; can't go higher as I am Head of Factions/Lead Admin!). We have released our first dev blog for the server yesterday! We are super proud of how far the progress of the server is coming since we started behind closed doors in June/July of this year. We are super excited to finally bring a proper county atmosphere to the Grand Theft Auto V community.

Great progress is being made on the server with even more people being added to our development team as consultants! We released a sneak peek of our work in progress housing system on our Discord, so head on to that via the main post in order to check it out! We also officially opened recruitment for our Faction Management Team; we are looking to recruit four Faction Consultants (3 - illegal; 1 - legal) and you can find that information on our forums in the Server Information section. We are very happy with the progress the server has seen since this was started in private in June/July of this year, we have gained a massive amount of support from people all over the community and can not thank you all enough.
