Did you connect to the IP of the VPS? Are you sure, it's a Windows VPS? Did you set the correct port?

So what can I do? I host it on my (pretty strong) laptop, and connect to it from another laptop and this. I connect to 127.0.0.1:22005 from this, and to the local ip from other one
