How hard would it be to start a standard GTA server with no changes from a normal server except with a few restrictions such as. - No modders - No over the top weapons, no homing missiles. just standard weapons to even the playing field. - No over the top flying vehicles, no super armored vehicles, no homing missiles attached to vehicles. Just the standard vehicles. All skill no bullshit, even playing field a more realistic experience without having to try and get on a RP server.
