If i use vps to host my server.(now open)

How can i add verhicle without gtav game on my server.(cuz on my server has only rage lancher)

I use freeroam gamemode to spawned verhicle by press F2 ,possible to spawn verhicle by use menu on my gamemode.

I planed to start new server.

I'm look around platform about fivem gtmp and Ragemp.

Ragemp is look cool.

I have little question?

Rage can be make roleplay server like gtmp or fivem?

Such like ilegal job,legal job ,goverment job like cop or doctor or anything need on roleplay server?

I need to make roleplay with gangwar server,it possible?

One more question? There is any npc ped or traffic sync on server or it possible to make city life just like original gtao server?
