Thanks, I will take a look. But, I'm not sure if this will help, because. This, as I understand it, is outdated.
    - Visual Studio 17 or better
    - Net Core 2.2
    - RageMP C # 0.3.7
    I have Visual studio 2019, then netcoreapp3.1

Well, there might be some changes related to RAGE's version, but not to external libraries.

I can't figure out how to download. Could not find a pure dll, tried to install, through the console NugetPackage, still the error did not go missing.

You can just add <CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies>true</CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies> to your .csproj so it copies the required .dll libraries when you compile the solution.

This sounds weird to me ... So, developers (owners) are waiting for the stable 1.1 release, so they can develop/launch a server that is more stable and RAGE is waiting for owners to develop 1.1 servers, before releasing 1.1 stable?

So, that means, we're stuck in an endless loop here?

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the updates and the work provided by you guys (and I'm NOT complaining here) but I'm confused by your sentences. :)

Releasing 1.1 as stable means that 0.3.7 will be deprecated (as there can only be one stable version), so multiple users won't be allowed to join the game until servers update their code to 1.1

Does it make sense to you know?
