Yes, you can.
-
There's an option to insert a CEF port in the settings menu, into the launcher, just disable it.
-
You can detect it in 1.1 version.
-
Search in the task manager for any process that could be running in background.
-
It's a new thing on 1.1 to protect your client files from being stolen, why would you want to disable that feature?
-
Don't install RAGE in the same folder where your GTAV installation is located.

I recommend u to use Javascript for all Client-side and C# for all Server Side functions and else. Its much better than C# for client side cause it's not fully functional in comparison to JS.
C# is great for all functions thats not for all overlays and else.
Best regards
They mostly work the same way, there are few things you can currently do in JS that you can't in C# (mp.storage for example)

There's no 0.4 version anymore, it's 1.1 now. If you're a developer, start ragemp-server.exe to launch a 1.1 server.
-
Threads won't work in clientside C#, do your own timer with Tick event.
-
The same way you can play single player.
-
If you want to host it in a dedicated server or VPS yes, it will cost you money. If you want to use your local PC... good luck!
-
Maybe they need new styles or features, like using keys to get previous messages or so.
-
I don't think that's the only one option in that message, read the rest of the options.
-
Does it happen when joining other servers?
-
Remove your overlay, that's the solution.
-
That forum section seems to be closed.
-
You can edit your config.xml located in RAGE's root path and change the channel to oldprerelease.
-
It is known that some overlays can make RAGE crash, as they interfere with some libraries used.

I want to develop a server on version 1.1
Did you launch ragemp-server.exe to open the server? If you did so and have the latest files (executing the updater.exe) it should say 1.1 version.
-
How did you create it clientside? It should be calling the PlayerEnterCheckpoint event.
-
Did you open both ports? 22005 has to be UDP and 22006 is TCP/IP. You will have to connect to 22005 to play, but it will download the resources from 22006.

What is the record for the number of players on server at one time?
Little bit higher than 3200.
-
What will happen about what? The server won't allow more connections if the limit is reached. But I don't think you will be able to host all those players, so it's a senseless question.

Update project 0.3.7 to 1.1

Those functions were never implemented and that's why they were removed.
