That's an issue with Cloudflare, not with RAGE. Maybe you entered some weird characters and Cloudflare took them as a hacking attempt.

Either the server crashed at some point or have ports closed. -
Server will just run fine, sometimes some servers have issues to establish connection with the masterlist.

Not sure what can be the issue, but have never faced that problem before. Seems like the animation was stopping for the player by some script.

That question has no sense. The syntax is more or less the same (talking about the API), so it's up to the developer. You should know which language is the one you know better.
