De todas formas, en la comunidad española hay poca gente que sepa programar en estos lenguajes y, encima, los que sabemos no tenemos ganas de abrir más servidores. En cuanto al resto de comunidades, lo dicho, el mod es bastante "nuevo", pero hay gente que está migrando por los slots, así que poco a poco se irá llenando.

The WiredPlayers.resources error is completelly normal, it won't make your server crash. There has to be another error making it not work.

Open the CMD console and execute the server.exe from the console, so you can see the exception which makes the server crash.
