You have to enter /purchase command. Commands can be found under Messages.cs class, those with COM_ prefix.

Yes, you have to create the vehicles and set their faction to march the job id, as stated on the FAQ located on GitHub.

As it seems, some versions of the 2.1 branch work with 2.0.x, so try fixing the MySQL connection.

If this .NET Core doesn't work, search on the internet for another one.
