I have a problem with the server not loading.
Stopped loading after changing graphics settings.

As usual, I met with a solution to the problem with entering the server.
1) Deleted the settings.xml file from the Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V folder. Didn't help.
2) Download VPN. Did not help.
3) Completely reinstalled the RageMP launcher. Did not help.
4) Completely reinstalled Social Club. Did not help.
5) Completely reinstalled Gta. Did not help.
6) After deleting the settings.xml file, I went into the regular GTA, closed it and tried to go to the rageMP server. Did not help.
7) Updated Windows 10 to the latest version. Did not help.
8 ) I checked whether the path to the game is correct. Installed correctly.
9) Reinstalled all launchers and games on another drive. Didn't help.

11) Tried to install .NET Framework to the latest version. The version was up to date.
12)Verified that the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 package was installed. Installed.
13) I checked the PC for viruses. No critical viruses were found.
14) Antivirus is completely disabled.
I honestly don't know what else to do...
