I've reinstalled it a few times now and it's still not working. Updater is checking for updates and it just pass so i guess its updated. I've tried running as administrator, but still nothing

I've just installed Rage Multiplayer and every time I try to join any server I've got this error:

My game IS LEGAL, it's on social club, it's on my hard drive since a few years, but I haven't played it in a while so I had to update it. I've done it and GTA Online works fine, but Rage Multiplayer does not. My internet connection is not very good, and my hard drive is slowly dying, so is there any way to fix it without downloading the whole game again? I've tried deleting GTA5.exe so my launcher had to download the update again, I've tried to reinstall Rage Multiplayer, nothing worked.
