seems like google chrome has the downloading problem, now i tried in firefox and it downloaded the file thx u btw

well, i go into the home page and press download button, sends me to another page and stucks here, without downloading nothing, same with the another buttons in the home page, so i can be also my browser or it can be my anti-virus, i'll try to deactivate it and later try to download the file from another browser

maybe it isn't compatible with windows 8.1, may i have some help on that?
