Developer is Appi, so he release the gamemode, other guy can say anything, he make the gamemode and he is founder of first server opened named dednet, so he released his gamemode for free (https://github.com/AppiChudilko/DN-RAGE) etc..

I need someone that can fix a gamemode named state99 its available on github, to work on 1.1 without problems, for example now i got one 1.1 version but not abble to accept more than 20 people at server, all other crash at finishing handshake.
