I tried to add a vehicle to the server but i cant spawn it with the /vehicle create command. Where i need to add the mod's name hash?

Working How can  i change the language?

Of course. I downloaded it yesterday. I'm running the mysql with xampp. maybe need to port forward the xampp ports?

Yep directly connected with 127.0.0.1. When i connect the server downloading the files then give me message : Download Complete! and i cant do anything and nothing happens.

So. Anybody can make a step by step "tutorial" to setup the mod on windows localhost? I would really appreciate it guys

If i can run this project on linux i can write a tutorial for that and we will be able to run it on both platforms.

Because linux is the most important server platform.
