Display configuration -> graphic settings (3rd link at the bottom of the page) -> Add the Rage MP launcher (C:\RageMp\ragemp_v.exe) and select high performance.

Before there was no anti-cheat, I could record the game using GeForce Experience, after the Rage MP update, GeForce Experience stopped perceiving it as a game, although everything works fine in vanilla GTA. What to do?
