I did a lot. I installed Windows from scratch. Reinstalled GTA, RAGE. I was setting up the BIOS. Turned off the antivirus (standard). None of this helps. It's not because of OBS, as I just installed it to record this video. Nvidia Shadowplay is disabled. Computer: Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 laptop (i5-11300, RTX 3050)
