When I try to run RageMP, it asks me for administration permission then just does nothing. I have tried re-installing/downloading everything aside from my windows.
Edit: For some reason I had a nordvpn process in my task manager, despite the fact nordvpn was never opened. Ending that process seemed to do the trick.
Edit2: Although now that it launchers, I get an error 130 from the rockstar launcher when trying to start. Holy crap, the amount of hurdles I am having to jump over is just not worth it, I give up. Someone delete this thread or whatever.
