Error occured out of nowhere 2 days ago after some troubles with router which I believe should have not caused it. I fixed the problems but then got this error. I tried a lot of fixes and even managed to load to a rp server once, but after I exited the server, the error returned. Error occures only with Rage MP and doesn't when I'm loading single player or GTA Online.

My system is: 16 gb RAM, 500 gb HDD, AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, GTX 1650 (laptop), Windows 11, using Steam's version of GTA V
By now I tried:
waiting;
disabled all the antiviruses including Windows Defender and firewall;
adding -scOnlineOnly to the Steam command line (I think this fixed it last time);
reloading Rockstar Launcher and signing out of it and then signing in again flagging the "auto sign in" flag;
reloading my pc;
reinstalling game, social club, rockstar launcher and rage mp;
installing the social club and the laucnher from the folder in GTA V folder;
reloading the router manually and via browser;
loading to server with VPN on;
loading into single player and playing through the prolog then going into GTA Online (everything is fine there);
deleting the Social Club and Luncher folders in the Rockstar Games folder in Documents;
deleting the Rockstar Games folder in Documents;
installing the game and Rockstar onto different disks, installing them onto same disk;
also checked if my ip was blocked and it wasn't.

I need help, please
