PLEASE HELP

This is what i get when i install im trying to use the bridge but i cannot install it to a folder that does not exist ! Please someone tell me why i don't have a bridge folder. im on the latest update installed over 3 times and still same thing

I Followed this tutorial https://rage.mp/forums/topic/1807-c-getting-started-debugging and then i get this when trying to install gta network api, happens with every version. please help
