Hi, faced with this error (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Social Club\libcef.dll ). I tried a lot: To change Windows from 10 to 11, from 11 to 10 and vice versa. I deleted rockstar and rage, it didn't help. When downloading the libcef file, it gives an error 1024 rockstar and does not let it continue into the game. I turned off the antivirus, and in some Windows in which I changed it at all.
