i need to start running the test server that i started ...
i started to open a test server on rage mp server files and i have created my server name, Files and coding all done but it gives me this error:

but i saw a way to open the server i first run the ragemp-server.exe to open the script that shows the local ip and port to connct to the server
then i run it again to start spawn inside the server that what shows the tutorials it didn't work.
also i tryed to run the client updater after running the ragemp-server.exe program also gives me the same error.
can u fix it ??
