Ah yes, that's what I have thought, sometimes before, same goes for FiveM probably. Because GTA Online's assets are not as accessible.

Is it actually still possible to play GTA without this pack? I mean do all accounts have it per update, or do the people who never bought the addon, or a new account, have it missing? If that is the case, is Rockstar still providing prices for the items in the pack, to list on the websites of the stores in GTA Online?
