Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue when trying to launch RAGE Multiplayer. I get the following error message:
> "RAGE Multiplayer was launched from C:\Windows\System32 as working folder which is not allowed. Please reinstall RAGE Multiplayer to another folder."
What I've already tried:
Uninstalled RAGE MP, cleaned registry entries, and reinstalled it in C:\RAGEMP.
Checked the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE to ensure there are no incorrect entries.
Ran RAGE MP as administrator.
Disabled antivirus and Windows Defender.
Verified system file integrity using sfc /scannow and DISM.
Updated GPU drivers to 472.12 (GTX 650).
Disabled all background processes, including FaceIt anti-cheat.
Despite all these attempts, the issue persists. GTA V runs fine on its own, but RAGE MP fails to launch.
Is there a way to fix this issue?
