I am going to try developing a server i am new to this can anybody tell me some basics and how to start a server and modify it

 dude try to go to launcher/properities/comptability/run as adminstrator 

It worked for me very well 

and what did you do to fix it? mine says (failed to open gtav launcher)

When i try to play a server it says failed to launch GTAV luancher why pls anybody help
