Same problem here. Exactly the same. For me usually stucks at some random pack.

Hey guys, i have a problem. Everytime i launch a server it just loads fopr hours. I know that because i stood 2 hours to download and than it stopped to some dlc pack for 30 minutes than i closed it. i think that it will eventualy block at something no matter what. I have a photo.
