How do I add addon peds on my server?

Hi,
i have been searching the WWW for some time now for how I can add addon peds on my server, or stream it. I find only for other GTA multiplayer tutorials or similar.

Is this basically possible with RageMP? Actually, I think I have already seen such add-on peds on various RageMP servers.

Maybe someone can help me or send me a tutorial.

Method is very similar to singleplayer import, but instead of importing into your own game you create dlc.rpf archive which you put in your server folder, precise client_packages/game_resources/dlcpacks/yourFolderName/dlc.rpf . 
dlc.rpf should have peds.rpf inside, and peds.rpf should have addon files, you will also need to write setup2.xml and config.xml, search youtube there are a lot of tutorials or check on discord with someone that added PEDs already.

It's not hard but it's little bit tricky until you figure it out.
