opening a window in user's browser using window.open() (???)

hi, recently i started creating a custom chat using react and implemented a link system. here s the problem: i m wondering how can i open an url in user's default browser??

You can't. You can open new instance of CEF pointing to that URL.
You should use components and render them dynamically.
