I've made this tool out of necessity for myself and for the fact that I always found myself in difficult situations regarding adding custom vehicles to my RageMP server.
It's extremely simple to use and works out-of-the box.
You put the vehicle(s)(yes, you can put multiple vehicles), in the input folder, either separated by folders(if we're talking about multiple vehicles), and just run the .exe and will make a output folder, with the vehicle spawn code, containing dlc.rpf. If a vehicle also has sounds, in the output automatically makes another folder like vehiclemodel_audio which contains the rpf with the audio.

This can also convert packs with hundreds/thousands of vehicles from FiveM. However, you server might be banned from RAGEMP if you will use these assets without proper licensing from original authors.
It also fixes broken meta files.
