GTA V Legacy crashing all the time

Hello everyone, I don't know if I'm the only one having problems with GTA V Legacy.

What happens is: When I try to launch GTA Legacy, while the GTA menu is loading, the screen freezes to black and the process ends. I've already reinstalled GTA V Legacy about 8 times, plus reinstalled RAGE MP about 5 times, reinstalled DirectX, reinstalled settings.html, and contacted Rockstar Games support.

And nothing has worked. This has been happening since I upgraded my graphics card from an RTX 3060 to an RTX 5070. I reinstalled the drivers correctly with DDU, and installed the new ones with the NVIDIA application. Could someone give me a solution that works? Because GTA V Enhanced works perfectly, but I want to use the graphics card properly and install all the mods I can.
