Invalid EAC Reference ID — unable to submit an appeal

Hello.

I received a permanent Easy Anti-Cheat global ban while launching GTA5RP through RAGE Multiplayer.

The ban window shows the following information:

Global ban expiry date: permanent
Ban number shown: 160133612

I tried entering this number into the official Easy Anti-Cheat appeal form, but the website displays the following error:

“Please enter a valid Reference ID.”

Please provide the complete and valid Easy Anti-Cheat Reference ID or ban UUID associated with this ban so that I can submit an official appeal.

If there is no separate Reference ID, please explain how I can request a manual review of the ban.
