Regarding categories, you could try looking into clothes_shop_sp or clothes_shop_mp. (since it prompts you with a helptext like Press E to view shoes)

Regarding items, I don't think there's any difference between clothing stores in GTA Online because most if not all freemode clothes have their shop type set as CLO_SHOP_LOW (low end).
