Frequent Game Stuttering

Hey all,

I am experiencing frequent micro-stutters while playing the game on any server. I have tried almost every possible solution I can think of to correct this issue and nothing is working. I am using 144Hz monitors but I lowered them to 60Hz and that did not resolve the issue.

Current setup:

• i7 6700 3.4Ghz
• GTX 1070
• 32GB RAM

I will note that when I play on FiveM, I do not experiencing any stuttering whatsoever, so I know for a 100% fact that it's RageMP's client. Any ideas on how to fix this? I would much prefer to play on RageMP as I have been developing my own server for quite some time now, but if I cannot find a fix for this I will be forced to move over to FiveM.
